    The Waterproofing Treatment

    1. Damp Proof is a treatment in which we inject a concentrated thixotropic silane/siloxane cream into the wall. The silane/siloxane cream then forms a barrier against rising dampness.
    2. While the cream slowly diffuses, it releases a silane vapour. The vapour reacts with the silica in the masonry until it forms a water-repellent resin.

    Our damp proofing course has two parts. To begin with, we inject the DPC. Then we re-plaster the walls with a sand and cement render that contains a damp and waterproofing additive.
