Scope of works:

Waterproofing maintenance on 48 garage roofs.

This project was a Daracem-specified project. 

1. Surface preparation started with washing down the chromodek roofs with sugar soap and high-pressure washing.
2. Strip off all old membranes on rises, flashings, roofing screws, etc.
3. Three full coats of Daracem with membrane.
